QWhat Are The Check In And Out Times?
A

Standard hotel check-in time is 3:00 pm and check out time is 12:00 pm. 

If you would like to access the room before 3:00 pm, please book your accommodations one day earlier. If late check out from 12 pm to 5:59 pm is confirmed, a charge of 50% of the reserved room rate will be applicable. Check outs after 6:00 pm will add an additional full night's rate to the bill. 

QWhat Is PIC?
A

The Pacific Islands Club is the largest resort on the island of Guam. 

Activities include the famous PIC Waterpark where guests can enjoy unlimited sports, lessons, and rental equipment at no extra cost. 

PIC Guam also offers unique attractions like the Super American Circus. 

PIC's "Clubmates" are dubbed the "ambassadors of fun," and they organize daily and nightly activities to help guests make the most of their stay. 

QWhat Is A PIC Membership (Meal Plan)?
A

A PIC Membership Card entitles guests to use all PIC sports and recreational facilities. 

It also functions as a room key and identifies the guest's meal plan - Bronze, Silver and Gold - with dining at our restaurants and bars. 

Membership plans (meal plans) may be requested in advance at time of reservations, or guests may choose to purchase and upgrade them at the Front Desk upon arrival. 

Price at time of reservation is slightly lower than price at PIC Front Desk. 

The meal plan must be the same for all room occupants and cannot be changed on a daily basis. 

Meal upgrades are available (from Bronze to Silver or Gold and from Silver to Gold). Downgrades are not available. 

QDoes PIC Have Fitness or Health Facilities?

PIC offers an indoor fitness center to all in house guests. The fitness center is fully equipped with cardio machines, weight machines and free weights. 

PIC also offers Yoga classes to in house guests. Yoga is conducted in the Yoga pavilion located right on the beachfront. 

QWhat Is The Cancellation Policy On My Room Reservation?

Cancellation policies vary from season to season. 

Please email our Reservations Department at reservations@picguam.com with your confirmation number so they may confirm the cancellation policy. 

QWhat Is The Weather Like On Guam?
A

Guam is a tropical island so it is typically hot and humid or rainy and cool. 

Rainy season is mid to late July when half the day it rains or drizzles and the other half is beautiful and sunny. 

However, the weather can change in an instant so it is best to contact the hotel directly for up-to-date weather information. 

QWhat Is The Currency On Guam?
A

The currency on Guam is the US Dollar. Banks and ATMs are available throughout the island. 

The PIC Front Desk exchanges the following foreign currencies: Australian Dollar, Canadian Dollar, Hong Kong Dollar, Japanese Yen, Korean Won, Philippine Peso, and Taiwan Dollar. 

There is a daily limit for currency exchange at the Front Desk.

 Most banks and Currency Exchange Kiosks (located within some malls) will exchange foreign currencies. 

QCan I Arrange A Rental Car At The Resort?
A

Yes. Hertz Rent-A-Car is located in the Lobby of PIC. 

Hours are 9:00 A.M. - 12:00 P.M. and 1:00 P.M. - 5:30 P.M daily.

QDoes The Resort Offer Airport Transportation?
A

Yes. We offer airport transportation, which must be requested during time of reservation. 

Transfers are $15 per adult per one way transfer. Children 11 years of age and under are free of charge . 

Upon exiting the arrivals terminal, our friendly PIC staff will be waiting for you just outside the gate accompanied with a Pacific Islands Club sign to alert guests that their transport is present and their memorable vacation awaits. 

QWhat is the Deposit Policy?
A

A one night advance deposit with a valid credit card at the time of booking is required. The hotel will collect the rest of payment upon check-in. Some promotions do require a full payment deposit. 

QHow do I access the Waterpark?
A

To ensure that you have the best experience with us, access to the waterpark is restricted to registered hotel guests only via their individual room key card, which needs to be presented to gain access; Residents are required to make advanced reservations by calling 671-646-9171.
